Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, please allow 3-7 business days for processing. This does not include shipping time.

During this processing time, you will be notified of any item(s) that we are unable to fulfill. Because we are also a physical retail store, there can be a descrepancy of inventory levels listed online.

We only ship to Canada and the USA.

Standard shipping may take 1-2 weeks, but quite often is quicker. Item availability, peak shipping seasons (ie: Christmas, Black Friday), and your shipping location can affect these shipping time estimates. All efforts are put forth to ensure your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible.
